What’s the order lead time?

We try to keep the lead times of each product up to date in the product description. In general all bed systems have a 2-3 week lead time. Smaller products such as our bike rack or wheel arch storage system are 1 week. Panel clips and bungee pockets are kept in stock to ensure quick dispatch.

Any custom modifications / requirements are possibly subject to a longer lead time but this will be discussed at the customisation / ordering phase.

How do I order a bed system?

You can place a €200 deposit to reserve your build. The remainder of the balance is due on completion - We will be in contact to arrange payment. If you have any questions please contact us.

What are the delivery options?

Local pickup from Tramore Co. Waterford is available on all products. Tracked shipping with An Post is available on everything except the bed system. We can offer delivery options on the bed system. Depending on location it will either be door to door delivery by us or pallet delivery by courier.

Warranty & customer support?

In the unlikely event you have an issue please get in touch as soon as you can. We’re a small company which allows us to speak directly to our customers and resolve whatever your issue is. All products have been developed with longevity in mind and carry a 5 year warranty against manufacturing and component defects.
